About the Business
Lawntech Ltd is an independent lawn care company based in Salisbury, covering the counties of Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset and Somerset. The company was started in 2005 by current Managing Director Jim Hewlett who has a lifetime of experience in the turf and lawn care industry. There are two other companies in the Lawntech family, Hewlett Turf & Landscapes Ltd, founded by Jim in 1987 which provides a wide range of landscaping services and The Lawn Store, our on-line garden products shop, founded by Jim in 2013 which sells natural garden products such as Turf, Seed, Soil, organic fertilisers and many other landscaping products throughout the UK. Our Story Lawntech was conceived in 2005 when we realised that many of our customers who were buying our lovely cultivated lawn turf were unable to maintain it to the high standard that we could in our own turf fields, therefore we decided we wanted to bring "a bit of green Keeping" to the domestic garden.
