We live in a rented property, but want to make the rear garden pleasant to sit in. The grass needs cutting, but it also has areas with little or no light, due to adjoining fences. These areas have moss and mushrooms, but little grass, so these we would want to reseed with a type of grass seed that is resistant to shade and moss etc. It's sparse grass in places so again would need some sort of reseeding. There are no plants or bushes Ongoing we would like the grass cut and tided as required. Many thanks
